Zamber's is located in Bellevue on the eastside of Seattle. We attempt to
use local ingredients when possible. The Northwest gives us a wonderful
palette to work from. With the sweet blueberries of Oregon, the fresh
Yakima mint, and the tangy tart cherries of our state, we truly feel
lucky to use these in our confections.
We use the freshest ingredients possible with no preservatives added.
Therefore, special care is needed to ensure you enjoy only the finest
quality product. Our chocolates maintain their freshness for two weeks.
Placing them in the refrigerator will prolong your enjoyment of them. Be
